This is a little crazy - even on the one picture at the bottom (of the full keyboard) the colour is much lighter on the LH side, than the RH side

Having never seen a real OB-XD (so maybe my vote shouldn't count) I like layzer's choice of bottom right (above)

We miss 2DaT. We would like that he could continue his job. We hope he's OK. Does anyone have any news of him? By the way thank you very much for layzer, BlackWinny and other friends to continue to support this great synthesizer and improve the GUI. Regards!

Yep, "uneven, random lighting"

Layzer's bottom right looks just fine to me as well.

How about anti-aliased text on the skin, or is there a technical limitation?

i think in my quest to make a "proper" OBX gui for this great synth, i will go with the grey tone. i will also change the text labels to the top and section labels to the bottom, remove the 12'oclock dot on the knobs, make the switches light the LED only (not animated) and try to anti-alias the label fonts....details details.

While you're at it, maybe make the logo a little smaller

And the global section should be positioned a little higher to avoid "collision" with the label. here, take a look:

can't move the bttons and knobs as their positions are hard coded in the DLL
but i did make the section longer and moved the global label down.

Well... I was more conservative on the logo than you

And also took the section a little further away up.

A basic error in putting them underneath for the plugin. It just looks wrong.
For example, the modulation section is an abomination to a former owner/user.

I PMed him about the broken download link and magically one or two days later the link is working again, must mean he is alive and well.

Glad to know he is well. He was probably hired by some bigger name (after all, after this skill demonstration, I would be surprised if he wasn't)
