There may well be other ways of doing this, but if you open up the analyser settings, go to 'graphs' and unclick color, then the input will remain colored but the output wont be. I'm not sure if that's a bug, but it'll get more differentiation.

Also, I generally just disable the input, it makes reading things a lot easier and personally I only care about the output. This is carried out on the 'main settings' page of the analyser settings.

The problem is, other colors are often used for long term analyses etc... And the current situation nicely shows the difference between in the input and output.
