I have recently encounterd these problems, the 1st problem is when I boot my PC, I get a RUNDLL error message telling me that I have a missing BRIDGE dill (C/system32) file. The second problem is soon afterwards, it says that APPLICATION has encountered a problem and has to close down. Ive tried help and suppport but it only seems to direct you to the folder and find it there (but how can you look for something thats missing???!!!). I am running windows XP. Any help would be greatful, thanx.

Why not try running XP setup and see if that repairs the problem? I believe there is a diagnostic mode that only fixes missing files, and pretty much leaves your configuration intact.

Hi the Willium, thanx for the advice but without sounding too dumb, how do you do that?
