New to Tracktion. Which Groove 3 Video do you recommend?

The T7 video looks like an expansion video to the T5. Basically a what is new video. The T5 video looks to be more in depth as far as learning and using Tracktion. There is also a Plugin Racks explained. I don't no anything about the plugin racks.
Are these topics available free on youtube, or would you recommend I buy one?

I just went through the "new in 7" series and it's ok. Too many remedial things (like the self-explanatory new setup) but then there is the sections on clip layer fx. The one good thing about watching that series is that they talk about things that are not intentional but you get the "a ha" lightbulb about a couple of things puzzling me.

The other one I'm about to start is the "5" video which is all wrong

Then 6 is someone else (not groove 3)

I'll get the hang of it eventually.

I wish they would start from scratch and make a complete Tracktion 7 explained. Tracktion does so many things differently than other daws...it would help.
I'm still trying to figure out if I like 7 better than 6.
