Tracktion special feature or not?

Haia T users,

I discovered that tracktion doesn't handle a track
as audio 'or' midi only, tracks i've rendered
or recorded audio onto can be overlapped with midi
notes on top of that same track, and play a newly
assigned vsti together with the underlayered audio.
all in one track!? that kinda a new approach to me
I didn't think my cubase was capable of this??
