I have red the manual, but i still do not understand. Can anyone give some explaination about it in a "simplified" way or to simple folks like me ?

There is no really simple explaination, if you don't know what summing, scaling and fading is. If i were you, i would use google to look up these terms and just try out what you can do with this unit.
