The new Synthmaster installer gets flagged by Avast AV !
Got a Virus Warning in synthmaster28update.exe|>{app} GUIEditor.exe
BTW. Why don't you use 'https' links for the download request? I'm a little apprehensive to enter my email address on an unsecured link!

It's a false positive. What virus ? We digitally sign our installer by our company digital signature.zxant wrote:

Regarding https, you can manually type that, https also works on the web site.

El Crapitan/Reaper
I'm playing with the mseg envelope assigned to the cutoff of filter one and I'm getting some strange behavior. It seems to be randomly speed up or slow down the rate as if tied to key tracking and when I set it to 4/1 to get a slow progression and then hit the sync button it totally locks everything up. Generally it's acting unstable for me.

max snap interval could be 1/1, I guess there's a bug with the range of that dropdown. I'll remove the last 2 entries 2/1 and 4/1Dasheesh wrote:... seems to happen when I sync and snap.

Yep, it seems to function under 1/1.kv331 wrote:max snap interval could be 1/1, I guess there's a bug with the range of that dropdown. I'll remove the last 2 entries 2/1 and 4/1Dasheesh wrote:... seems to happen when I sync and snap.

Hey, me again.
Today I am trying to import my own single cycles into the oscillators by placing them in the document/waveform folder with the appropriate labeling and I'm having a hell of a time getting it to work. Could you double check it and make sure it's not a "me" problem when you get a chance. Seems like there is a problem.

A log time ago, I bought the Galbanum waveforms ant put it on the synthmaster waves folder. After this, Synthmaster begin to take a REALLY LONG time to startup. There's some improvement on this area?

There is a process to getting single cycles into it and working. It prefers sfz format (which works flawless), but I prefer shoving it full of single cycles for programming. It will only take a certain amount of single cycles before it stops taking them altogether. The Galbanum's where too much for it. You have to pick the waves you want and whittle them down and rename them and place them in the appropriate folder. I stuffed mine completely full and it worked fine. It might have taken an extra second to pull up, but no biggie.
After this recent update from scratch I'm going to have to do it all again. I also lost all my presets. Just means I get to have fun starting over.

yes, It would be nice if it were automated. I suspect it will be in time. Lots of features to be added to the next paid upgrade from what I'm hearing. I thought maybe it would have been already, but the sfz works well.

You know, the fact that you are able to do it at all is pretty damn amazing to me. Making a wavetable from what ever waves you want is special and I'm unsure exactly how Mr. B pulled it off in the first place. I liked making wavetables out of virus and waldorf waves in the same table!
