It's to do with the (Meters & Subsystems).

If (Meters & Subsystems) is activated.
Then the vst plugin GUI is on top of fruity wrapper windows.

And i don't think this will be fixed anytime in the future.

I am using:
1. Microsoft Windows XP SP2 x64 Professional Edition.
2. Image-Line FL Studio 10.
3. Image-Line Fruity Wrapper version 2.3.4.

I have 8gb of ram.
A quad core CPU.
A 500gb hard drive.

Well, as I told you via email, you must NOT use the bridge, that's just how it is. You never explained why you are using it anyways. You need to use 32-bit plugins in 32-bit FL and vice versa. If you are not sure, ask FL for support.

I am not using it bridged.
And i am using the 32-bit plugins in 32-bit FL.

I believe the "wrapper" is just the surround of the plugin. It allows preset browsing sometimes. I the picture you can see a drop down menu that appears behindthe plugin, it should be on top.

...jmg8, oh, ok...never used a "wrapper" and often the "submenu panels" for Melda are "modal" requiring input or dismissal to close...interesting.../s~

You probably should switch to FL 12. FL 10 is very old and probably a bit buggy in some cases.
