Hello, what is the best setting for Spire 1.1.1 when it comes to 'allow threaded processing' in the wrapper settings of FL Studio 12.2? Enabled or disabled?
Does Spire 1.1.1 take advantage of multithreaded / multi core processing?

It depends, really.
According to Reveal Sound, it should be turned off, see also: http://www.reveal-sound.com/knowledge.php?27-30
I have the feeling that turning off Threaded Processing is good for stability, though more important is to set the buffers, see the link above.
I know that e.g. Serum and Hive really benefit of Threaded Processing, but I am unaware of the effect regarding Spire, still would have to test that. In Serum and Spire, I can see a huge performance boost when using two or more instances of them, but it also is dependent on the mixer routing and connected FX, see http://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.p ... 54#p272654
Hope that helps
