Centre Knobs via Double Click

Can we have the ability to double click on knobs that have a left/right or plus/minus setting to reset to zero please.

No, i won't support double-click for that as generally double-click = create or edit, in this case eg edit meta-parameter setup.
But you can [Alt]+click a knob/slider to reset it to one of the default positions.
