i had a chain of plugins i was happy with,tried to save it as save selected plugins as preset,BUT how do i load it up on another track/Channel??

It should be in the side pane browser - search for it by its name and to narrow it down change the browser search results to just show presets.

just tried,the search didnt give any info,because where are they saved??

also dont get a option in the browser to only show presets?

It's in the search bar, click on the little magnifying glass icon and you get a dropdown with 'loop, preset and plugin' checked, just uncheck the other 2 and it will just show the presets. If you still can't find it then maybe you didn't give it a name or save it properly so try again and give it a name (you can also add tags in the save dialogue).
