Hallo!
I have strange problem on Mac - after 9.19 update I can't load projects with Kontakt 5 as sampler.
System is El Capitan, DAW is Studio One 2.6.5.
If I uninstall Melda plugins I can load these projects again!
Tried 9.21 - the same result. There was no problems with 9.18.
Studio One's crash log is attached.

Hmm, according to the log it just crashes in Kontakt, nothing pointing to Melda stuff. But I checked you don't have much system memory, my guess would be that you are running out of memory. However our plugins should use much less since 9.19, so I'm a little surprised by this...
Anyways please contact NI for support.

...Still can't load Kontakt 5 using admin account if VST3 versions of Melda are installed.
No problems with AU and VST2.
But it is possible to load Kontakt when I switch user to non-admin.
Very strange.
EDIT And now it works... Mystic.

Hehe, yeah, mysteries of modern computing 
. According to the log and stuff I'd expect the problem to lie in the host, but hard to say.
