After I installed an update, I can't even open Synthmaster any any DAW at all.

I'll see what happens if I just download the entire new installer and do a completely fresh install

EDIt:

IT's a no-go. Still not able to open 32 bit or 64 bit.

Big problems here as well...I've installed it on two Win 7 Pro x64 machines and the standalone does not open..well,it did once and then it decided to stay off the air...I think that Bulent has some homework to do now

Anyhow, I reverted back to v2.7 on the live server but the latest updates will still be on the staging server at:

http://www.synthmaster.com:8080/downloadupdates.aspx

I'll keep you guys posted.

so far, I can not reproduce the crash on startup. I will try to test with expansion presets as well.

It won't let me reinstall 2.7. Reverts reaper to 32 bit and then tells me to please reinstall 2.8.

Yes it crashes Reaper when not deleting the config file. It also crashes Cubase Elements 8. I have uninstalled it. I'll wait for a stable release.

I fixed most of those startup issue and also blank waveforms issue (might be related)

I used 2.8 full installer, but previously uninstalled version that was before. FL Studio plugin manager shows under status "error". Plugins do not appear in plugin database.

Oh boy, I went through ALL 3000 presets, loaded one by one and tested if they load/play/display correctly.

All taken care of now, phew

Now some last minute tasks and another release, but this time on our staging server
