FR: Convolution Reverb in MXXX / MDrummer

A few suggestions, to reduce the amount of scrolling / screen footprint needed.
(a) for the File tab: make it possible to collapse the IR Browser and move up the Advanced Settings and IR graph,
(b) for the Reverb tab: move the Advanced Settings and IR graph upwards into the unused space,
(c) for the Filter tab: move the controls, the Advanced Settings and IR graph upwards into the unused space.

Ok, so I'll check about (a), but the 2 others won't be possible - technical reasons.
