Yes, in our case with such a fking obvious bug to us (you click the GUI, it fking crashes!!!) it seems kind of 'duh' but from other replies it seems it's not a universal crash so who knows, maybe Geist 2 hates my desktop wallpaper or something.

Does anyone know if the offer for the 2 included expansions is permanent or for a limited time? I'm definitely buying the upgrade, but have spent too much this month so want to wait a little. Seems from their website that it's permanent, as no date is mentioned.

Anyone from the FXpansion team? Again I am a big fan, but for me it's a deal breaker if there isn't a workaround besides using a calculator to determine the right time stretch percentage.peterdh wrote:Big Geist fan hereRunning the Geist 2 demo. I like what I see, but why did you change the time stretch features? Lots of my vocal samples, that are BPM labeled, differ in sample length although they have the same BPM. So Geist won't automatically give the right BPM conversion. In Geist 1 I could manually enter the right source BPM (and the right DAW/Geist BPM).

Yes, but when I select an other sample with the same source BPM on the same pad, Geist 2 calculates a fresh ("wrong") BPM... I usually try a folder with (vocal) samples which have the same BPM; the time stretch feature of Geist 1 works fast, because it holds the time stretch settings.ere2learn wrote:Can this not be done in the Slice window...
