I would guess that more info is needed to be able to help. Infos about your computer, the precise error message, Sylenth1 version, and the used operating system would be really useful.

Access Violation At Address 06EAD1E5 In Module "Sylenth1.dll" Read Of Address 00000000.

Download and install Sylenth1 v3.02 from the links in your license email to fix the problem.
