Tracktion 7.1.1, 32-bit, Windows 10.
If I put Kontakt inside a rack filter, it constantly gets stuck notes.
If I send any sounds out of a secondary output into a second instance of the Rack Filter, the second output has terrible latency.
Specifically, I'm currently trying to use Native Instruments Session Strings and Native Instruments Session Horns on MIDI channels 1 and 2 respectively. Session Strings on channel 1 seems to have stuck notes every other playback after I stop the track. Session Horns is totally unusable with a latency of about 300ms.

What buffer size and sample rate are you using? Having two instances of a rack will introduce a buffer of latency (which is required as the rack contents can't be processed until it has the input from all the tracks which may be processed in any order).
Perhaps you need to reduce your buffer size to something like 128 samples?
