M7 doesn´t load the Nora vst (on mac) . When I try to load it, there is the message "vst-instance not loaded, error -1409". What does that mean?

errFSForkNotFound = -1409, /* Named fork does not exist */

The plug-in is probably corrupted. Re-download and reinstall it after manually deleting it from your plugins folder.

I'm gonna try this myself and see what happens...
I started on Logic 5 with a PowerBook G4 550Mhz. I now have a MacBook Air M1 and it's ~165x faster! So, why is my music not proportionally better? :(

It loaded fine for me. I added it to the main Library/Audio/Plugins/VST folder, scanned it and then inserted it into a track.

I have deleted and reinstalled Nora v 2.56 , but M7 is still refusing to load it.If you have managed to get Nora to work, which version of Nora and Mulab do you use, on which system?

Wonder if its a Mac/MuLab thing. I know it doesn't help you directly wibem, but Nora 2.56 is working well in win 10 64 bit here and has been since MuLab 6. Do you have any other DAW's to load it in, or demo DAWs to try it in to see if its your system?

Are you trying to load the 64 bit version of Nora in MuLab for Mac? If yes, use the 32 bit version of Nora.

Latest on both, both 32-bit. Mac OS 10.9.

Funnily enough, I ran into the same issue with the Granite demo, except I looked and the resources really are missing from the package. :dog:

Solved. Nora is not compatible with OSX 10.6.8.
