Jeepers, your transfer fees are high. But the online transfer system is quite excellent - well done! I wish we could see more consistency across developers around license transfers and ideally have any costs baked into the selling price (eg. no transfer fees). I think Melda's user account area is the best I've seen and I have seen many.
