continuous timestretching?

Hi you 25 ppl using T :D

Is there a way to change the tempo of a wave-file continuously like it can be done with a midifile in T's tempo-edit?

I don't think so as this might be a wish for most of us as soon as T's timestretch-algo would be better, but I thought there might be some workaround which I can't think of (except of slicing the material and applying the parameter-changes to each slice manually, of course... ).

Thank you.

Thx Bithead, but i was looking for a way to stretch within an audiofile, so that I start at a given ratio and hcange that while the file is playing, like a continuous decrease /increase of tempo.

not in tracktion in any way that can be automated. The only software I've seen do this was cool edit, but it was an offline rendering thing (still very cool).

Ableton Live can do this I think. With warp markers. Check them out too if you got the extra 420. :)

AD80! Thank you!

I'm a stupid, Live Delta can do this as well, so I'll have a go with that (nevertheless would've been nicer just to move a slider... :D )
