Hi - The change log for MautoVolume notes:
... Automation of the dynamic gain in MAutoVolume has been removed. This feature is by definition degrading audio quality and causes numerous problems with different hosts and has been added just because the Waves' plugin has that. But in order to minimize problems and deliver the top audio quality we want, the feature has been removed. It's recommended to automate output gain instead for example ...
Mr. V, is it your opinion that feature is dysfunctional in Waves' Vocal Rider, or just too hard to implement well in MAutoVolume?

I was pleased as punch when MautoVolume came out, then very disappointed that automation of dynamic gain was not an option even though it is featured in the teaser video I watched before I purchased. I still use MautoVolume, but also still dream of using something that has the automation curve.

Thanks -

..."Automation of the dynamic gain in MAutoVolume"...interesting, never used it actually, but I do automate several of the controlling parameters during the mix, like "sensitivity" and "background," etc...if I need to cut/enhance a particular event I can do that in several other ways...but getting something to "sit" in the mix is way too "jiggy" for me to try and do by hand...btjm :D .../s~

It was there for a long time, but it degrades audio quality and is problematic in many hosts. That's just how it is. Unlike the Waves thingy MAutoVolume provides even much higher response speeds, where the problems are even bigger. And it general that feature doesn't make sense anyways. So the decision has been made to get rid of this thing, which has been all wrong from the beginning...
