Some hosts / MIDI keyboard controllers can set "14-bit" MIDI CC messages (i.e. pairs of CC massages, (#00 and #32) up to (#31 and #63)). These give a much more fine control with 16,383 values rather than 127.

It would be great if we could select these pairs on the MIDI Settings / Controller tab:
