help finding midi plugin

I believe there is something out there to convert automation curves to CC values. If so, does anyone know where I can find this?

Your probably thinking of ModuLRs CCRider plugin.
Check his site

although you could use any plugin that's built to transmit CC messages and supports VST automation to do the samething...but CCRider was built specifically for the job.
