I think the oldest post still alive in HPC at the moment, was started February 20th.

On a serious note, it would be great for HPC threads to be extended to 30 days. I don't understand why an forum that's already stuffed well away from the hoi polloi needs further, heavy-handed restriction

Comedic word-play is a great way to keep the mind sharp. Even if you disagreed, why would you try to get it locked? From what I can gather it was the second thread of it's type, and stretches back some years. Why would you look to spoil others' fun?
