HELP WITH REGISTRATION!!!!

I decided to wipe my laptop clean today as it was a bit of a mess. I deactivated sylenth1 and have just reinstalled it again. When i try to activate by putting in the 16 digit code i got with the email this is the message i get. Unable to download activation data. Please make sure you are connected to the internet. My internet connection is working fine. has any one got any ideas as to whats going on? thank you.

Most likely there's a firewall active on your computer that's blocking Sylenth1 from accessing lennardigital.com
Either disable the firewall or add an exclusion for Sylenth1.
Also make sure you've downloaded the latest version of Sylenth1 from the links in your license email.
