My drivers have not changed and I have checked that I am using the correct ASIO drivers. What other varibles can be altered?

It's not that much longer than the latency, and I managed to consume half a packed of hit biscuits and clean my belly button out in my period of anticipating a reply. do that and install again is all I can think of...
