What Renoise have built inside (a nice spectrum view), do other DAWs not have. Here jumps in manalyzer.
So I would like to suggest a completely borderless mode, so all config buttons and standard elements will disappear, once you setup the analyzer in the way you like. I guess, usually you wont change the settings then so again in near future. Of course a "leave borderless mode" button, maybe inside the analyzer graphics? Or a "X" in the corner?
Also I would like to suggest to save the scroll bar position along with the preset, so you can zoom in and it will stay like this on next loading. For example in my mixes, the volumes barely reaching -6dB, so there is a huge space left on top, which is not used really.
One request for normalization: If you enable it, the sonogram will react much, much more like it was everything too loud, almost hard to see differences then. So I would like to request that the input signal for the sonogram is taken before the normalization, so it won't change, if normalization is enabled.
Nice would be, if the window could be even more thin/smaller on y-axis.
Two bugs:
Bug 1: If normalization is enabled (or was it disabled), and you go to the main preferences, change something and click on "ok", the normalization suddenly is enabled, but not the button! So the normalization button suddenly is inverted.
Bug 2: The width of the meter section on the right is not saved if you save to default or to a preset. On next load it's always around ~2/3.
Thanks and Greetings!

Well, you can already collapse the basic settings and there's not much left after that. And sorry, these things needs to stay there, technical reasons.
About scrollbars - that will probably be a problem, but I'll check.
Sonogram before normalization - sorry, I don't agree at all. I personally leave it open all the time. After all, it's about checking frequency content.
Vertically smaller - the problem is, the minimum size is the default, so it needs to be reasonable. I'll check if we can make it slightly smaller, but really just slightly.
Bug1 - I either don't understand, or it just works here properly. Perhaps a screen video? I assume you are using newest version, otherwise it wouldn't make sense to talk about bugs of course.
Bug2 - Yes, I'm afraid it needs to stay like this as well, technical reasons... it's hard with all the customization...

This is a different but related FR for MAnalyzer (or Multi-): to be able to rotate the orientation of the sonogram display so the time axis can go from bottom-top (current) AND left-right (requested). This would be a helpful feature, because in my audio editing, the waveform time axis is L-R. If I could place the sonogram below, so its time axis also went L-R, both time axes could be aligned and I could better match the relative info.
Is this possible now or in the future?

Sorry, but that cannot be done, technical reasons. And I really don't want yet another option
. It wouldn't work anyways since the audio in your host would have a different rate. Rather get some host that can do that inline.
