The email says the $130 deal is not just for upgrades but I'm only seeing it applied to upgrades in the cart.

I'm a licensed Tracktion user, upgraded from T6 to T7, and didn't receive the rumored newsletter. I logged into my account and see no reference to the sale, even if I add the T7 Ultimate package to the cart.

You have to go in via the link in the newsletter. I don't think there's another way.

If you click on the link in the newsletter you get Ultimate added to the cart for $130. The cart says "upgrade" but you just ignore that.

I did it that way but could only get the $130 option using upgrade, the other gave me $200

The more you read the email the more confusing it gets.

The banner clearly states "T7 Ultimate pack for $130 to everyone!!" I suspect technically they're opening up the 'Upgrade' option for non-upgraders but didn't (or didn't want to) make separate purchase 'path' in the store.

So basically, while the part of the email that says "T7 Ultimate Pack | $200 New | $130 Sale Click Here to order.", while located in the 'Upgrade' section of the email, pertains to all purchases. It must, because otherwise this part in the lead would not be correct:

That's right! We're offering our T7 Ultimate Pack for $130 this weekend to all! Normally a $170 upgrade and a $200 new license, this weekend is an ideal opportunity jump head-long into the cool T7 ocean. No restrictions, no previous purchase required.

That "T7 Ultimate Pack | $200 New | $130 Sale Click Here to order." is the link I used to order, which is why I felt comfortable ignoring the 'upgrade' part. It wasn't until afterwards that I realized it was kind of confusing if you tried any other way.

So Dave was preparing the sale from his hospital bed and it would appear the price change only got applied to the upgrades

Our webmaster Brian is fixing the issue and will notify anyone that contacted us so they can purchase at the discount rates
