Hello -
sorry, I bet questions like this get asked a lot !!
but I'm getting nowhere and searching isn't finding me any answers...

could anybody point me in the direction of a detailed tutorial that might
help out a dunce?

for instance, I've dragged the AG .dll file onto the rack, and it seems to work
ok (ie it appears as a new block like the other effects etc)
- but where to go from there?? I was hoping to see the Ample GUI appear
within MuLab somehow... I would like to use the AG Martin program's "strum
pattern" interface to generate different sequences that I can run together
and loop etc. Am I barking up the wrong tree here ?

thanks for any help ?
cheers

Hello,
you're using the latest Mulab version ?
did you try to double click on the instrument in the rack?

hi -
I did now and yes it opens up the AG interface. Progress!
all I got to do next is work out what to do with it.
many thanks :)

Hello again.

I can't work this out at all.
So I drag the .dll file into the left hand column of MuLab project and it appears
at bottom (on rack?) as well.

Once I have opened up the AG interface I can get sounds from the guitar.

What am I trying to do next? I'm guessing the idea is to "record"...
BUT although if I use the tiny keyboard top right corner of MuLab I do get the AG
guitar sounds and I can record and replay these, when I try recording something
played directly via the actual AG interface I hear the sounds but nothing is being
recorded.

Pls can somebody nudge me along in the right direction!
thanks a lot

Do you have a midi keyboard connected to your computer ?
Beauty is only skin deep,
Ugliness, however, goes right the way through

No.

Very basic, PC / windows 8
USB dac

The AG guitar VST has a programmable "strum pattern" interface, allowing up to 14 note
sequence.
I'd like to use this to generate longer sequences in MuLab, for later export as wav file

thanks
