To the one who bought one with a stolen serial was the box on the inside sealed? Should of had 2 stickers on the edge sealing it? That really sucks. What did UVI and GC say?

This thing is great. It sounds amazing. Best $99 I've spent and is actually very versatile for what it is.

A LONG time ago I bought V-Station from GC and got a serial that was already used. I was able to work with the store and the dev and got a new serial.
I also had an issue with VV, and I'm happy to say that GC was exceptionally helpful in taking care of the issue. They will work with you (well, they did have complaints about the Chicago area stores. :hihi: ).

Mucho satisfied with this experience with GC. Far different from decades ago when I was double-charged and they refused to refund the second charge.

lol I was double refunded before but I did call them and make it right. It was well over 1k too!

Anyone else buy Broadway Lites via VSTBuzz and get a serial number that won't register?

I've emailed VSTBuzz and am awaiting a reply, but thought I'd check here, too.

The serial you get is not NI serial, it's the one to register a download at continuation.com/register
After that you have to register your BBLites at fablesounds.com, and only then you are sent a proper NI serial. Read the attached PDF in your VST buzz receipt letter - it's all there

Twolegs Toneworks soundware products are now available in the new KVR Marketplace. To celebrate the new shop there will be significant discounts (30-40%) on all products during July.

Currently only 3 of our products are available, but the entire catalog should be available by the end of the week.

There are soundsets for Ultra Analog VA-2, Hive, Spire, Zebra, Diva, Sylenth, Ableton Live, Kontakt and hopefully soon a dub-techno special for Massive!

Vovique -- thanks for your response. I did read the PDF, I knew it wasn't an NI serial number and I did precisely follow the instructions to register on "continua.com" or whatever it was.

My point is...it wouldn't work there. Error message saying it wasn't valid. (Also same on the Fable Sounds registration site.)

Anyway, hopefully I'll hear back from VST-Buzz and/or Fable Sounds soon. Thanks again for trying to help. Sounds like you didn't have a problem?

Great deal! In store only .. is that the reason why it doesn't show up at their website?
The more I hang around at KVR the less music I make.

Thanks to Mike Benson for helping me out here, he did all the hard work for me and I now own Vintage Vault.

really appreciate the help Mike.!!

Just to report back...I did hear back within a few hours from both VSTBuzz and Fable Sounds. The problem was on their end -- they'd given me a bad serial #.

I was given an apology -- and a different serial # -- which has worked for the first two steps of a 4-step registration process. (I'll do the rest of it on my production computer later). So PRESUMABLY...all is fine now. (But I must say I'm finding it a convoluted multistep registration/activation process -- exacerbated by having started out with a bad serial #!)

Thanks again to Vovique for trying to help.

Glad you're through with it at last! True, the "go there register that to get this to register here" rollercoaster gets absolutely mad if starting out with a wrong serial).

But Vintage Vault doesn't contain their latest releases like CAMEO and PX Apollo ?

I just wanted to let those who have ordered Iris 2 through me that I'm still waiting for the serials. They're not in my junk folder, and the orders still show as being in the "Processing" phase.

If they do not deliver the serials to me by the time I wake up in the morning, I will contact MF to find out what the situation is.

Thanks for your patience. :)

I'm waiting for my serial too blue for IRIS 2 from Musicians Friend. I asked in the Iris post and someone replied and said they got their serial in 15 minutes. I emailed service at MF and they said that since this was my "first" order my account needed to be "verified" and I would receive serial/instructions in the next day or so. Hopefully I have it soon. So odd I never heard of such a thing.

Post

True. I was the one who replied in the other thread. My serial arrived in less than 15 minutes. I did order before from MF.
