Dear friends,

I have made a big mistake when I have tried to update my Synthmaster to 2.8 version! I have installed the 2.8 DEMO version instead of the registered version. So I have spoiled everything in my old installation and had to removed it all.

I have bought the 2.6 version then I have bought the everything bundled and a lot of Nori Ubukata expansions.

How should I install it from the beginning?

1>Install 2.6 version
2> Install Everything Bundled version
3> Install all Nori Ubukatas Expansions
4> Install the 2.8.4 version?

Is it correct?

Thank you all

Really sorry for my terrible mistake!

Thank you very much for your support.

I had some big problems too, as you might have read here karlchoas, but last week, I saw a newer Windows update-june 20th- that must have addressed some issues that might have been causing problems. What I did was to do search to find everything I could related to any newer and older versions of SM, then deleted everything , downloaded the full Windows 2.8.4 version and installed it. On loading Cubase Artist 8.5, I loaded an instance of SM, a window came up prompting me to enter my email and license number and since that day, it's run as smoothly as can be, including the stand alone version which I found in the KV 331 folder of "All Programs." So yes, go to door number 4. lol Later you can move the Nori presets into the proper location as described in the manual, page 17.
