Hi administrators, there are some errors:
the link in the first page of the compo 89 send you to osc88 and not 89,
the logo of the soundcloud group for osc 89 is not tunefish but podolski

Nuendo, around 15 instances of tunefish, only native fx (the usual suspects: eq, mb compressor, compressors, delays, limiters....)
cheers

OK, after much fighting (with success!!) here's my meagre entry for this OSC. This one is still steeped in the 50's, with a rather early Ray Charles influence bass, perc thumping away. The "piano" is rather blues based still (listen out for the little riffs). Slightly early country perhaps? There's also some great hard guitar bashing chords around and a nod to the Big Band stuff with a honky baritone styled "dooooo dahhhh" lurking in there too. To top it all off, there's 3 key changes as well ...
As always, open to any criticism to help me improve the mix - probably too much reverb, but let's see what you think.
All patches made from some factory presets with big tweaks but mainly from scratch using INIT0 to start.
Crash for Z'!
DAW: Reaper 5.211
Track Details:
28 * TuneFish 4.1.0 Beta4
28 * ReaEQ
6 * TAL reverb 4
1 * Tal Reverb 2
2 * EpicVerb
4 * Twin Delay
1 * Classic Compressor
Master Track:
VOS TDR SlickEQ
Ferric TDS
Limiter No.6
DR:7
Enjoy.

Don't give up Z
...you can do it. I actually think your ideas sounds great and I am still amazed about your mixing and mastering skills. Sounds clean!
I admit that I gave up this challenge because Tune Fish and I are not best of friends
..and I will go travelling again soon so time is a luxury right now. But if I have time I will vote anyway. I love to hear what people can do with one synth.

Side note: I screwed the pooch with A-TYPE, was supposed to meet up in Japan, but I was WAAAAY to busy with work to do anything else while I was there. It's a shame and I apologize. :'(

Like the groove of the first one.
Makes it a bit melancholic.

Btw, I think I wrote a white-gospel Christmas song.
