What is the Blank EVE bank file for?

Well in that case I am stuffed if I know how to use it. The only way I can make my own presets is to save individual FXPs. There has to be a better way. If you say it explains it in the manual will read again but I have looked for info on making presets.

I don't know how to make a bank for EVE that's the BNK format, but saving an FXB bank is pretty simple. What is it that you'd like to be able to do that you can't do?

Thanks pough. If I save a bank it saves the whole bank of presets and I would like to change already existing presets and then save them under a different name in a new blank bank of sounds.
