I want to apologize for my ignorance, I haven't been on this thread in a while. But I just wanted to know if there's a target release date? 2016? 2017? Or is it still, it'll be done when it's done?

I think it took six years from alpha to release for Bazille

if you already have Zebra then you can buy zebra HZ then whenever zebra 3 comes out you get free. at least i think that's the deal i recall. it's been a while

So, hehe, it really makes a lot of sense to get Zebra2 first. For one thing it's cheaper to upgrade. And then, you have access to a few thousand presets in Zebra2 which may or may not be ported to Zebra3.

Just a note: While ZebraHZ (the "upgrade" coming with The Dark Zebra) has Diva's filters, Zebra3 won't have the exact same ones.

More facts once we know them.

P.S.: The term "started to work on" certainly means at least 6 months until we'll see anything!

*addendum: While we probably won't sell Zebra2 anymore, we will still support it for a long time. Just like we still have working builds of Zebra1 and MFM1 to ensure that people who have those can still open their projects today.

I have all u-he products but if 6 years for Bazille, it must be next life time for Zebra 3. The problem is how we are going to prove we owned Zebra in our previous life.

Zebra 4 - I'm trying to be proactive in planning all my future music wants & needs, so would anyone know if Zebra 4 will arrive in time for my 60th birthday in 2029? My wife wants me to start a list so she can plan ahead for my gifts.

Ok is there an official time aspect on the Zebra 3.
I have been looking forward to this synth for a long time since Zebra is the no1 synth on all my productions.
And i whish that every time i go to the kvr forum there will be an update in this thread saying something like: There will finally be a release date for Z3
