Hi,
Is it possible to modulate parameters of Modular Feedback Delay's DSP module?
i have attempted a few methods to achieve so, including hosting an effect in a Rack and MUX.
i've supplied the M.F.D. events from a Parameter Event Generator and, as an alternative, a MIDI Controller Generator.

Hi,
If you want to modulate the effect inside the modular feedback delay there are different ways,
I attach two examples.

I'm not certain what you're after but you can do things like this:

MuX container, event input, audio input and output.
Add the modular feedback delay module, an LFO modulator and a Wobble genertor modulator.
Then add two Parameter Event Generator modules and link the LFO to one and the Wobble generator to the other, probably wise to rename them to match.
Now link the LFO Parameter Event Generator and Wobble generator Parameter Event Generator modules to the Modular Feedback Delay and edit each to target either the delay or feedback values.
Finish by linking the event input module to all the event inputs and relinking the audio input module so it goes through the modular feedback delay.

Once you've this lot in place, you can add whatever you want to have in the delay and design your own front panel to control the modulation generators -- and you can also add meta-parameters that target the MFD delay and feedback and add them to the front-panel, too.

Nesting seems like the easiest solution to me, load a separate modular container
with whatever you want in it, into the modular feedback delay.

My 2 cents anyway.

Thanks for the quick and succinct response, Taifunk! :D

Thanks, but i was attempting to modulate parameters of an effect loaded in the DSP (feedback) slot of M.F.D., as opposed to M.F.D.'s Time and Feedback parameters.

Indeed!

Thanks all, for the pointers!

You're welcome! :)
I forgot to ask if you using Mulab or Mux vst,
anyway if you're using Mulab you can also drag the parameter in a new track and use the track's automation.
Here is another example.

Ah, sorry - misread your original post :)

Thanks again for the replies.

i purchased MUX VST only this week and am wrapping my head around the parameter mapping paradigm. Your examples in "X.zip" were clear examples of the control i sought.

It's surprising that the configuration depicted in my initial post is ineffective.
ie. Having a parameter of the feedback effect listening for a specified controller, yet not receiving it. The controller seemingly supplied by the MIDI Controller Generator module.

i think i prefer the MFD wrapped in a MUX approach, as opposed to the MUX in an MFD, as a modulator can be higher up in the patch hierarchy.
