2.Drag and drop just about everything!
3.Smooth interface and graphics.
4.VST host.(Genuine replacement for *any* host)
5.Stability
6.Those racks!
7.Support
8.Ease of use
9.Project management
10.Master fade in and out from timebar(I always wondered what that curve was doing in the timebar on the Edit Screen)
11.CD track import
12.Single user interface
13.Jules decision to do something different when developing Tracktion (brave decision)
14.Tracktion Community
...alright I'll stop then!

I love the simple process of adding effects to each track without having work on some convoluted process of trying to operate a virtual mixing desk.
And it all happens on the one page too!

Object orientated composing.
It's just the way it should be.
I often hear that T doesn't emulate hardware, it doesn't. BUT if you would make a hardware sequencer today, wouldn't it be something like T

Here is another reason ...
Free mastering plug with Traction v.1.6

'Finalmix PC Mastering Software' is now bundled for free as a Tracktion only plugin in
the PC version (Mac version coming soon).

If you have Tracktion just download the latest version not the minimal one but the Tractkion with examples version.
Buying the plug separately will cost a cool $399.

Yeah, I had downloaded the minimal. Annoyingly, because my ORIGINAL installation was the "with examples" (I'm guessing), any time I re-install the minimal version, it re-opens the example songs (which I had previously closed).
SO, ultimately it's 6 of one, half-dozen of the other anyhow.

No mixer,
Final mix,
Nice Interface,
I could go on and on but all my high priced programs all idle and haven't been used at all except for their plug in's.
