all instances of Tunefish4 recalled the default patch instead of what I patched in...
(FL Studio 12, Win7)
Many have had problems with this...
If you go to each instance and change to patch 0 it should recall the settings as they were for that instance at the time of saving. Hope this helps.

Here's my entry. I guess Soundcloud doesn't like underscores. They were changed to spaces automatically.

I have an idea for a pic and might change it. Are any of you guys using pics you find online? Don't know copyright ramifications...

... just a note, this is unfortunately explicitly forbidden in the rules. All mastering must be done in the same DAW project.

I remenber people using 2 daws for one track. I think this is the same.

I just don't have more FX slots in my master bus. But Ok. rules are rules.

For more effects in the master bus, you could use patcher inside FL Studio.

Right, it did happen before, but I think it served to promptly cause that rule to be added. Some sort of fairness thing... e.g. maybe a special DAW (or wave editor) has excellent mastering plugins, it would be a bit unfair to just use that DAW for mastering, a lot like buying commercial plugins. Also, it makes things more difficult to validate the track if necessary.

Uploading the revision of the revision of revised track.

Now my track is "rules compliant" again. :tu:

Hi everyone,
My track for the month.
I struggled with Tunefish - nice synth, but presets/state-saving very unreliable plus it wouldn't let me assign different effects to slots easily (so I backed off on the sound design and used more tweaked presets). But anyway, as always - a pleasure to submit a track to this great bunch of artists :)

https://soundcloud.com/zarf/zarf-underlink

20 tunefishes, Ableton FX: eqs, compressors, multiband compressor, reverb, delay, a bit of auto-filter (to save energy automating eq :D ), plus Feric TDS and TAL-reverbs as third party FX.

Well, in my timezone it is 6 minutes to the deadline. Time to hit the submit button :)

Okay guys...

Contrary to what I said at the beginning of this thread, I'm NOT participating / not uploading anything. :-(
Although there are still quite some hours left on the "KVR clock" (BTW: What time zone is that...? must be quite far to the west...), I just realized with a heavy heart that realistically there's no way I can finish my track. (It's night here already, and I need *some* sleep - and my track is still way too short and crappy.)

Anyway, I'm deeply impressed and humbled by all the talent that's obvious in the tracks you guys uploaded... Best luck to all of you!

(Note to self: I really need to start WAY earlier and invest WAY more time the next time around...)
My Environment: Windows 64bit, Cubase 8.5
