Updated but key doesn't work now

Hey,
A while back I bought and installed the Mulab software but more recently I decided to update to mulab 7 so I deleted the old version and installed Mulab 7 (didn't realise how else to do it?) and now my activation key doesn't work - it says "Invalid Mulab Key" when I try to insert it.
What can be done about this? Can you send me a key that will work?
I can provide email confirmation if you want to prove that I did actually pay for the previous software!

Could it be that your trying to use a MuLab 6 user key in MuLab 7? That won't work. But you can upgrade your MuLab 6 user key to a MuLab 7 user key via http://www.mutools.com/shop.html

But my Mulab 6 user key isn't working any longer either and I'm still happy with Mulab 6 and see no need to upgrade. So how can I get back to being able to use Mulab 6 again? Could you give me a valid user key?

(please don't post plain email addresses as it's too easy to grab for spam robots)
Strange, i just processed all emails, didn't see your email about a user key issue.
I'd suggest to resend it again, but since a couple of minutes now, mutools.com is in transition to a new webhost. That may take 48 hours to complete. So i suggest you send me a PM here on Kvr with your user key details and i'll sort it out asap.
