Long Tape Delay Effect

Does anyone know of a free tape delay effect that works with Tracktion, where you can have long delays (say 5 or 10 or even 20 seconds).
I'm trying to recreate a Frippertronics type effect (in case that means anything to anyone out there).
Thanks in advance for any help.

Elogoxa's Elottronix XL; made specifically for this. Up to 80s (eighty!) of delay.

I do use it a fair bit, yeah; mostly for that Cabaret Voltaire sorta tapeloop-y sort of thing...

I've had great fun using Elottronix with audio - I sound just like Fripp!! (well not quite.......)
When i use it with a VSTi (e.g. a synth sound in Plugsound Free) is there a way that I can hear the notes as I play them, as well as the delayed sound?
I've got e2e enabled in both places already.

You could set up the delay in a rack filter so you can hear what you are playing.
An alternative to Ellottronixx is Tape Delay form concreteFX...wont do 80 secs delay but does a good 'No Pussyfooting'. I think its easier to use than Ellotonix....
