Naming Tracks

I've only had Traction a few days, love it, but can someone tell me how to name tracks? I have a 14 track mix on the go and I cannot remember what is what - don't tell me I have to write a list on a piece of paper?!

Dont write them on paper . Just get little pieces of tape and write the names of the tracks. Then tape them on the side of your monitor. Thats a better way. 
Ok enough games. Just click on the track on the left side to select it. Then change the name on the track properties box that shows up.
