Hopefully someone can help me. After downloading the Ivory 2 software into my Receptor 2 Pro Plus, I can't see or hear the factory presets. Although “Ivory II” does show up in the “Source” list under the mixer section, when I click on it the patches under “factory” are all listed as untitled. I did hold down the “multi” button before turning my Receptor back on to rescan for about 30 seconds, but this didn't seem to help. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

After repeated tries, I finally decided to delete Ivory II from my Receptor 2 Pro Plus and tried to do another install. Now, the
Ivory -2.1.1-4.rpm won't load. According to the download instructions, I am to drag the Ivory installer to the "Drop Installers Here"
folder. After I hit the "Setup" tab in the mixer window, and click on the "Install File 1," tab the response is "failed to download."
Frustrated, I went ahead and downloaded the "Ivory Items" folder on my Receptor's hard drive in the VST Plug Ins folder on my Receptor.
I believe the Ivory download file will establish the necessary sub folders, which I need to transfer the actual Ivory II lib files into.
I've been working at this since Friday. Does anyone happen to have any suggestions or advice to help me get Ivory to work?
