Can't access download file in my personal account

Hi.

I was planning to upgrade my Sylenth1. I do it from Sylenth1 itself and the menu where it says "Download update". I am linked to Sylenth1 website where I am supposed to input the code I got in the mail when I bought Sylenth1. But that does not work. It just says "Enter a valid code". The code I got have 10 digits/alpha numeric characters. Why could this be?

I can access the demo software download and since I have a valid license I wonder if it is possible to download that and upgrade, or will Sylent1 be in demo mode after upgrade?

I did what you said. Thanks for the link. I input my e-mail address and it was accepted but so far I did not receive any mail with any code. How long time could it normally take Before I receive the activation code?

I just want to know if it is done automatically / instant or if it is a manual process in your side.
