The buttons ROUT. and MISC do nothing in the CM version?

Like i said in the text:

- Left-pointing arrow = Leftclick
- Right-pointing arrow = Rightclick

(I know its a long text so i wont blame you if you didnt actually read it all.) :)

Reason why i had to do it like that is because i could rearrange stuff and use my own GFX but i had no way of changing the actual behavior of elements. If that would have been possible i would have made them all leftclick, plus i would have changed the PCF button to be On/Off-style so it wouldnt be connected to the instrument selectors. (The clicking of which is currently the only way to 'unselect' the PCF button because it used to be in that row in the factory UIs.)

Also, I am reading your first post now and I'm aware of some of the graphics issues, looking to solving these. We should probably also get rid of the right-click menus because these are pretty much considered non-standard these days. It seemed like a good idea at the time...:)
