Audigy 2 ZS and Tracktion

How do I set up this card to work well in Tracktion? There seems to be an incredible amount of noise in the line when using it with Tracktion, but not when using it with Guitar Tracks Pro 3. I want to use Tracktion, especially since the new mastering plug got released.

I haven't tried to see if the plug works in other DAWs though, I will probably put Tracktion back in mothballs if it works in GTP3. Hopefully loop support will be overhauled in 2.0. That's the only issue I have with Tracktion, but it's a huge issue.
