Tired of my extremely slow macbook pro (only 1,5 year old) as my presets making computer, I wonder if its possible to use a pc but save the presets in mac format?
I use a mac pro in my studio and it works like a gem, but my trust in MacBooks are long gone

Thanks

For u-he products you should use the .h2p file format which is cross-compatible.

A-ha. So I can use the presets on both platforms?!

Thats great! Do you know if thats the case with other companies presets (Serum, Native I, Op-x 2 is what I use when I don´t use u-he)?

Thanks

There is no consistency between other vendors. If they have their own file format (NI does, for example), then it's usually cross-platform compatible, but in majority of cases they depend on DAW preset saving features, and then you have clashes between VST/AAX/AU and so on...
