Need some help regarding an error code

Hi everyone,
Was just trying out the newest Tracktion demo 1.6.0.1 and got an error message and was hoping someone could help me out with it.

The error simply states
D:\projects\Rewire\RewireDLL\Portable\RewireDLL.cpp(994):VERIFY failure

This comes up when I am loading Tracktion. I don't get past the loading part. Not once in this demo have I even seen the GUI.

Of course I don't have such a folder. Am I supposed to create this or something?

Only thing I can think that would cause this type of thing would be Reason 2.5 which I have installed but it has yet to give me any trouble in any other programs.

it is related to reason as you guess, but I'm not utterly sure of the fix.

The problem if memory serves is slightly incompatible versions of the rewire dll.

Do a search in this forum for rewire and reason, there where a few threads that may yield useful clues.

Well strangely enough, it was the FinalMix plugin that was included with the demo.

I started moving around plugins just to try to get things working and when I moved that dll FinalMixTracktion.dll out of the plugins folder all was fine. strange
