MBassador vs MCharacter: similarities and differences?

In my opinion, MBassador sounds great as an octave. To my ears it more accurately reproduces the note an octave lower than MCharacter does.

MCharacter synthesises notes below the fundamental? I've only seen the videos and browsed through the docs. Didn't look like it would there.

Yes, MCharacter can do that, Notes tab I think, but it works better for higher pitched sounds.
