Hello! I am trying to work on a collaboration with a friend. I am using Mulab (he does not yet).
I realize that slave sync is not implemented in Mulab.
I read that it would theoretically possible to sync 2 DAWs together using a remote trigger for the transport.
Can this be done in Mulab out of curiosity? Would the other DAW be able to trigger Mulab's transport? (I guess I would have to set up the other DAW as a controller in my midi setup?)
Thanks for your help!
Syncing 2 laptops (one with Mulab) without slave sync but with midi learn/transport?

You could set up a MIDI event to start MuLab (via Manage Shortcuts) but note that there might be a little delay of (10 - 50 ms) between receiving the MIDI event and the actual start, therefore i can't recommend that method to perfectly sync two computers. And i don't see other ways atm.
