And the question is

if I use the script by Moss, will I be able to do stuff that is in this youtube video

the part I'm interested in is having the led´s make patterns when I launch clips
from 1.30 onwards

all the Launchpad pro video´s iv seen with bit wig seem very static where the led´s are concerned

cheers
all

No, the script is not for light shows :-)

If I remeber correctly, the video is simply done with midi clips, which send the necessary notes to the launchpad for the animation.

Hi Moss

thanks for the quick reply

After watching some tutorials on making light shows
it seems like you said you just send midi data and velocity to change the colours
but the video says that the incoming midi must be on channel 6 to make light shows

will I be able to adjust the output midi channel with your script
as Bitwig doesn´t let you change that as a standard function
many thanks
for all your hard work
