Currently I use KA Master Limiter + mda Dither for all my mastering for burning CD .wav files and also MP3.
My question: does the new Final Mix add dithering to the final output? I can't find any documentation on this
Does Final Mix add 16-bit dither for CD burning?

It doesn't appear to. fyi I use the very high-quality dither included in the free audio player foobar2000

i assume it doesn't, as most people will want to follow it with a limiter & the dither needs to be last in the chain..
